K-Swiss, being one the top casual footwear manufacturers in the world, was looking to further establish its apparel and accessories product line on a global level.
With the objective being set, our first goal was to position the brand, reinvigorate the category, and align the apparel/accessories segment with the overall brand positioning.
With this objective, our team designed, developed, sourced and created the following product lines:
- Performance & Core Apparel
- Accessories
- Equipment Bags
In addition to defining, developing and commercializing these product lines, we were also executed the marketing strategies, retail positioning , creative deck and in store merchandising/POP.
